How To Use
Step1. Take out the current insoles in your shoes if they are removable.
Step2. Place blue gel insole into the shoe to test for the size.
Step3. If needed trim along the outline(on the bottom of blue gel insole near the toes) that matches your shoe size.
Step4. Insert the blue gel insole into the shoe starting from the heel with gel side down.
