How To Use
Step1. Your current insoles are probably removable-take them out first.
Step2. Place popcorn insoles into shoe to test for size.
Step3. If needed trim along the outline (on the bottom of Popcorn insoles near the toes) that matches your shoe size.
Step4. Insert popcorn insoles into shoe starting from the heel

This insole is suitable, the sole has cutting lines, please cut it according to your size. However, it is not recommended to trim the sides of the heel because it may alter the placement of the heel cup.
