We designed the memory foam insoles for heavy Dduty support for men over 200 pounds who suffer from foot & leg fatigue and lower back pain from being on their feet. They have shock guard technology and arch guard technology to distribute weight and reduce impact.

4. Trim-to-fit: please follow the sizing instruction below for the best fit.

Sizing Instruction: 

1. Remove the original insoles from your shoes.

2. Place the new insoles with the original insoles back to back.

3. Align the two insoles by lining up the back of the heel.

4. Cut the insoles along the cutting line.
